The Bloomberg Women In Finance initiative spans across various major cities spanning Europe and Asia, including Hong Kong, Mumbai, Singapore, Sydney, and Tokyo. This initiative serves as an educational platform, offering exposure and invaluable learning opportunities to female university students within the financial sector. Additionally, it grants students unique access to accomplished senior women leaders who have achieved remarkable success in their professional journeys.

Using magnifying glass as the main motif, a glass layer was used to highlight the five countries on a map of the world. This symbolizes the main objective, which is to provide a clear path for understanding finance with a dedicated emphasis on emerging domains such as ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and Fintech.
